The WFST theme verse:
Colossians 4:2-4 Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should.

"We Hold These Truths" with Max McLean will air on Sunday, July 2nd at 5:05pm and
last, but not least, "Our Declaration of Independence" with Dr. Billy Graham will be on at 12noon on Tuesday, July 4th!

Funds are... low!

The month of June has been very difficult financially. We had 3 paydays this month, transmitter repairs, and a quarterly insurance policy payment.
Along with these expenses, we have started the usual summertime donation drop-off. The month of July already looks like it will be just as financially demanding with the annual property and quarterly payroll taxes due.
Please be in prayer about these needs and help out as you are led.
Thank you ...jds

WFST Annual "Thank You" Picnic

It was sunny and warm with plenty of good food and fellowship-This year our picnic was held on Saturday, June 24th from 11-2. Over 80 people attended, and there were alot of other things happening around the area-Caribou, New Sweden, and Mapleton - all had festivals and there was the Glorybound Gospel Jubilee in Blue Hill.
We would like to thank the following people who helped: Joan Butler, Dave Wilson, Hattie Turcote, John, Janet, Julie Stephenson, Dick and Linda Waugh, Holly and Brad Frank, Pastor Jewel and the Bethel Pentecostal Church for the use of the tables and chairs, Mark Kalata and Jack McCarthy for putting up the tent and Big Cheese Pizza in PI for donating salads, hamburgers and cookies.
And we thank all those who came to visit and help us eat.
We also had 12 drawings where we gave away an assortment of books, CDs, videos, DVDs and cassettes. Thank you.

A BIG THANK YOU to Christa for taking care of the picnics for the last 10 years. Next year she is handing the task over to Gary Kelley.
